Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday: Closed
The office is closed on the following Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are limited hours available on the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Methods of Payment:
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Co-payments are expected at the time of service.
Insurance Participation:
Our office participates with most major insurance carriers, including Medicare. We participate with straight Medicaid (red and white card) and Priority Partners, and will soon participate with Amerigroup. (We do not accept United Managed Care Organization (MCO) or United Primary Adult Care (PAC) Programs.)
We recommend that you call the Member Services telephone number on your insurance card if you have questions regarding our providers' participation status with your plan.
Please be advised that our Walk-In Clinic is just an extension of our main office and is NOT an urgent care facility.
If your insurance is an HMO product (requires the selection of a primary care doctor) and your card does not have one of our physicians listed on your card, your visit will not be covered. In this circumstance, payment in full will be expected at the time of service.
